We are looking for energetic, independent agents to join our team.  Our team consists of both experienced and newly licensed agents.  We are looking to expand with agents of all experience levels.

We are ideally situated in the heart of the North Dallas, Collin County area and are well poised to serve this fast growing area of the metroplex. 

We offer a very flexible and competitive commission split.

As a small organization, we do not have big, bureaucratic processes and requirements for our agents.  We do NOT nickle and dime you on every fax or copy as can happen at large real estate offices. For newly licensed agents, we offer personal training and assistance to help you start your career in a successful direction.
